  First off Ryan Homes in Indigo Bay Carolina Forest are lovely and the options are fantastic. The quality shows! For what you get for the price by the list of standard features and then upgrades are beyond our expectations. But the number one factor is in their Sales Agents and one in particular is Jesse from Indigo Bay Homes in Carolina Forest. His level of customer service is outstanding. He went above and beyond where others would not go. He was patient and kind.. Knowledgeable about every detail. His timeliness was perfection. We were deciding upon lots and Jesse was there for each one..from videos, emails to text photos he delivered and if didn't know (which he did) he got the answers quickly. Although we didn't choose a lot to build in Indigo Bay Homes (our timing wasn't the best..only a few lots remained and we tried...but didn't want to compromise) Jesse was extremly understanding and supportive of our decision. However, new phases will open and lake lots will become available then, but for now we know about Ryan Homes and their beautiful home plans...so until then we will wait! But in the meantime please go and see Jesse for your next new home purchase...you'll be happy you did! Tell them Gerard and Hector sent you! Jesse you are awesome! God bless you sir!

  My wife and I have been working with Amber "Nikki" Nassan Since Mid March when Ryan Homes first released their initial lots at Indigo Bay in Myrtle Beach. We like the quality, value, and floor plans associated with Ryan/NV Homes. We had been looking for a specific model that Ryan Homes builds, and when we discovered that Ryan Homes was coming to the Myrtle Beach area and offering the Savannah model at Indigo Bay we were elated! When we toured the Indigo Bay Community for the first time and met our sales representative, we were thrilled to have connected with her! Nikki is very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional to work with. We have worked with multiple builders over the years, including 3 times prior with Ryan / NV. We have to say Nikki is the best sales representative we have ever worked with. When we sat down to go through our selection process (Remotely I might add as we currently live in Virginia) she thought of many things that we forgot. Even with my wife and I being seasoned home buyers, her attention to detail was paramount. She is very customer focused, well organized, and timely with her replies and communications. In closing we just had our pre-construction meeting and all the staff at Ryan Homes at Indigo Bay are all outstanding to work with. Thus far we couldn't be any happier with our experience.
