We’ve built multiple homes and this was by far, the best experience. Megan was the first person we met at Pulte, while walking through the model. She was kind, extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Maureen helped us during our selection of finishes and was phenomenal! John kept us updated weekly on our home’s progress with photos and timeline up through the final walkthrough! He was extremely communicative and helpful! 10 out of 10 for all aspects of the construction process.

Now that our house is complete (three weeks early and on budget), a gorgeous and cozy Belleview model, we are extremely pleased with our decision to go with Pulte. The building process was wonderful as were the team members from our sales consultant Megan Rainey, designer Maureen Locke and especially our construction manager Ryan Phillips with a little assist from John McMurray, new to the team at the end. The value we received was much greater than the other Sayebrook builders presented to us while the quality is simply outstanding, along with a really amazing warranty program. We highly recommend Pulte in the Sayebrook community of Myrtle Beach.
