- PDPatti DaviesMay 17, 20263.0We visited this Del Webb community while on vacation in the Myrtle Beach area. It’s always fun to walk thru model homes when we can find them! At this particular community, there was one floor plan we liked, plus we also enjoyed looking at the decor throughout. Our main complaint…? The VERY squeaky doors!! Nothing that a little spray of WD-40 couldn’t easily remedy. I remember hearing it on EVERY one of the entry doors, plus a few others along the way. It almost causes one to think the workmanship is poor, but I really think it is just the door hinges that need some TLC. ;-)

The area offers dining, entertainment, an airport, medical and shopping facilities.and the boardwalk. Then there's lots of amenities including the Grand Dunes marina, Ocean Club, and private beach. We met many of the wonderful, friendly staff and contented homeowners who enjoy life to the fullest. The homes are modern, user-friendly, designer dwellings. Our home's quality is great for the money we spent. The buying-building experience was extremely pleasant with no worries. We got our dream home within golf cart distance to our own private beach...who could ask for more?
