They don't include unnecessary amenities like pools or fitness centers that drive up rent. Instead, the focus seems to be making day-to-day living easier. Water, sewer, cable, and internet are included, which was less I had to worry about as someone who works long hours. Having a washer and dryer provided was an appreciated convenience. The location is tucked away from heavy traffic, but close to grocery stores, gyms, and the mall for quick access. And of course, the beach is nearby. Jessica and Allison were always responsive and easy to work with on maintenance issues. The move-in and move-out process was smooth and they were flexible with my schedule. Overall great experience.
