  We hired Marisa and Farrah as our realtors to sell our home and buy a new home. They were amazing! Our house sold the first weekend it was on the market. They were readily available to show us any homes we wanted to see. Marisa was an excellent negotiator and got us exactly what we wanted for the house we bought. We definitely would never use anyone but them in the future!

  When I moved to Charleston and decided to buy a home here, I was lucky to find Farrah and Marisa to help. They were very patient when going through the details of the process, they helped me decide on the best neighborhood for me and made the purchase as painless as it could be. They REALLY know the Charleston (and surrounding areas) market. Farrah and Marisa excel at communicating at every step of the purchase process. They were quick to set up showings, respond to emails, and answering all of my questions. They are thorough in their research and put an exceptional amount of work in getting the best deal for their clients, while at the same time being kind and a pleasure to work with, and I felt so much more confident thinking through the purchase decision having their expertise to lean on. Farrah and Marisa didn't just make the offer and secure me the house I wanted, they emailed and texted me throughout the wait, helped me with the walk through, and made themselves available even after everything was done. I wholeheartedly recommend Farrah and Marisa.
