    The Cooper is gorgeous and well maintained with management that care. Nicole made our visit great and was super informative. We cant wait to call it home!

    Unfortunately, when management changed, previous conversations were not upheld & a lot of miscommunication occurred. Additionally, worth noting that utilities for a one bedroom in the summertime are ~$300 due to old energy units. Maintenance is kind and responsive.
