  The best experience!! Quiet area, lots to do, maintenance and office staff were always on top it, we worked with Heaven a lot and she was always helpful! Great space for a one bedroom for both my fiancee and I, plenty of room. 10/10 would live here again if we didn’t have to relocate!

  I moved here this summer, I had to do everything online with little initial interaction with the Sweetgrass Landing team, due to COVID and at the time living far away. I had moved into an apartment previously without seeing it and regretted it in the past and was very hesitant to do so this time. After speaking with Althea the first time I knew I had nothing to worry about. From the moment I moved in I have loved it. Everyone is nice from the office to maintenance to all of the neighbors. There are always friendly faces of kids playing outside and people walking their dogs. The community is well kept and has all the amenities you need. It is close by to everything you need, yet it is tucked away from all the busyness. I love Sweetgrass Landing and I am glad I chose to call it home.

  I have some friends that live here. Every time I have gone to visit I always think how pretty it is there. Also; all the neighbors and friendly!!! It looks like such a great place to live!

  We loved the staff when greystar owned this community. Ever since the new company came in and bought it we have has so many issues with the resident portal and the rentrack. Each month the amount has been wrong and when addressed it's suggested that it's our fault, user error. When addressed again this month we physically showed them that it's wrong and the response was essentially well that's weird just pay this amount. No care to fix it. our rent keeps getting higher but we're getting less for that money. We also can never get into the portal to submit maintenance requests and again no indication they care or are going to fix it. I wouldnt suggest this community to anyone.
