  Jordan was our sales guy and nothing but good things to say about him. Other than that, this place is trash, their quality of homes are trash, and if you buy from them, good luck getting anything fixed even under warranty. Still to this day (a year after buying our brand new 2025 home) the problems I put service order after service order in for are still not fixed, and there was no attempt to fix it. If you like getting ignored this is absolutely the place for you. I have hair line cracks in my ceiling, I have a dripping exhaust hood, the trim stripping never got finished getting stapled/nailed on, there are nails coming through my floor, the outside outlets do not work, and there’s so much more. And yes all of these problems came within the first few weeks of being in my home. Service orders were put in, repeatedly, and the only thing they sent someone out to do was “fix the nails coming through the floor” by merely hitting the top of them with a rubber mallet, which did nothing and now not only are there nails coming through my floor but my flooring is split from them coming up. Funniest thing is when they did their “6 month call check in” I even told them everything and nothing was ever done about it. Even the movers they use….. ridiculous, they left food and drink trash all in my yard, along with broken glass, they had gotten mud all on different sides of my house. The crew also took a skid steer and tore my whole internet set up out the ground and scraped it into a big pile, costing me $150 to have redone. Everything unacceptable , unprofessional and disrespectful.

  Went there a few weeks ago and got the big sales pitch from a salesman and it ended when we left. We’ve called, texted and emailed with zero response. Other places have definitely been more interested in making a sale.

  From the first day we visited Oakwood Homes of Moncks Corner, Jordan listen to our needs and when we stopped back he was ready to show us the perfect home for our retirement. The purchase went smoothly, and they quickly made the changes I needed. Since the purchase the service department has been quick and professional in fixing any problem. I give them 5 stars and highly recommend Oakwood Homes of Moncks Corner.
