  MAJOR shout out to Derrick Cozette, Joe Pino, intern Coleton, & Garrett in Sales for such a seamless, easy, homebuilding process!! Right from purchase, my experience with the team was phenomenal, yet it somehow managed to get better as the home was being built. Any time I had question about the process, Derrick was there immediately and was ready to help. The weekly photos from him & Joe truly made me feel like I was there following alongside my home being built (which was EXTRA nice since I’m moving from out of town and couldn’t be there in person). The attention to detail in the pictures provided is truly top notch - different angles, different lighting, different time of day…I really felt like I got to see it all! You can tell Derrick is an extremely seasoned Program Manager, and Ryan Homes is lucky to have him on their team. Both walkthrough experiences (pre-drywall and warranty) were also fantastic. Derrick & Joe did our pre-drywall, and Derrick & Coleton did our warranty walkthrough, and I know I absolutely took more time than was allotted for those appointments due to my questions but they NEVER made me feel rushed. They took their time, went over everything thoroughly, taught me how to use everything in my home, and even gave me some tips and tricks of the trade to help ease me into homeownership since this is my first time! Did I mention the home is GORGEOUS?! I built the Bethany Model, which is the Villa, and it is just perfection. I love that I got to customize my inside, I love that I got to hand select my lot, and I LOVE that you can tell the inside of the home was cared for as if Derrick himself were living there. From the tradesmen to the craftsmen to the cleaners, you can tell everyone who worked on the home took pride in their work and did things the right way. There were no corners cut, in fact, it truly feels as though they went above and beyond in most instances! If you’re looking for a new home, I promise you, look no further. These are home builders you can trust, these are PEOPLE you can trust, and I’m just so grateful for my experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Derrick, Joe, Coleton, Garrett, and the whole GDNV team for helping make my homeowner dreams come true. 🥰

  We recently moved into our new Bethany Villa, The experiance has been much better than we expected. From Nikki on the sales end and her guidance and communication to Derrick Cozzette for the detailed project management he provided, we could not have asked for more. Derrick especially provided weekly updates, answered every question that we have asked and is professional, personable and a great person to work with. Thank you, Derrick, for being one of the best.

  We had an amazing experience working with Ryan Homes and their standout employees, Josh Burris (Project Manager) and Laura Tobey (Sales Rep). Both employees showed exemplary customer service skills and responsiveness. Their desire to keep us apprised and satisfied during the process was both appreciated and unmatched. We feel so fortunate to have worked with such an outstanding tandem, and are beyond thankful to both for their efforts, patience and expertise in delivering us a first-rate end product.

  We recently bought a beautiful villa in Grand Dunes North Village. This community will be extraordinary once it's completed. The best part of the experience has been working with Brad Levine and his team at Ryan Homes. Their communication and follow-through have been exceptional throughout the entire process. I'm eagerly looking forward to moving in!
