  Pulte is an absolute disaster of a company. Their lending side lacks communication, transparency, and punctuality with simple items we requested/were requested of us. Common sense is out the window with them and it became a triathlon of repeated documents/back and forth poor communication . We also barely made it to closing on time due to their incompetence. Pulte construction is a whole different nightmare. The trades they hire are unreliable and poor quality. The hand doesn’t know what the foot is doing with them. Just know if you buy from Pulte you will battle every step of the way to get things done right. You will be delayed and not given much of an explanation for why it was delayed. And if you ask Pulte Lending what their closing date is, it is not even close to whatever you’re told from the construction side. Keep every message saved, and take notes because not all promises are kept and you will be put in the position of you are wrong/you will basically live with whatever they tell you. One of the worst parts is that at least during the actual building process you feel like all the fixes are going to be done/have to be done. After closing you’re no longer a priority and it shows. I for example, am almost 30 days post closing and my interior doors that had to be replaced because they were badly damaged are still not painted to match the others and my front door is completely unstained which looks awful.

  The community is situated in a fantastic area and is cozy enough to avoid feeling overwhelming. Megan, our sales representative, was outstanding and consistently stayed in touch with us during the entire building process. Thank you!

  We can’t thank our construction manager enough for the work and professionalism that he shared throughout our build. Pulte was extremely easy to work with always addressing any concerns and issues that we may have no matter how small or big. I would highly recommend Pulte.

  We first visited Forestwood a year before we were ready to move. Danielle in sales was incredible — she stayed in touch, never pressured us, and helped us when we came back for a tour 3 months ago. We purchased right after. Wayne, our construction manager, has been fantastic to work with. You can tell the Forestwood team takes pride in what they do. Five stars all around.
