  Thank you Stan for your persistence of getting us into our home. Just about the end of 1 year we had an issue with the floor in the bathroom. We called Stan and he was very helpful and got us into contact with Clayton repair who came out within 1 week and made the repairs. Thanks again Stan and we would recommend Clayton homes in Lexington. Ask for Stan.

  This place sold me a brand new home that immediately started molding my outlet has caught fire. I would not recommend them to my enemy.

  Clayton homes in Lexington are the best to buy a home from! They are good people that go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Wouldn’t buy a home from anyone else! So happy with my home. Can’t believe their is good people like Stan white! Thank you Stan White!!

  Do not buy from here. Once loan is approved and home is set up they will not fix any issues. Stan always make excuses about small things needing fixed. He never come out to actually look hisself only goes off of wind and air. Purchased a home from them not even 4 months ago been waiting for service since. And stainless steel is rusting which I told him about weeks ago and still no help. Also huge hole behind my hot water heater which I told him about but each time his response is waiting on parts. Technicians rush to repair things each time. Told him about a month ago about the underpinning that was rushed and set up that it was loose had gaps and needed repair. Never got Anyone out to look this am underpinning is completely from under the trailor. A 2024 home. And the neighbors next door has a 1993 with the same underpinning and hers still intact. Bathroom door was damaged during delivery. Sent someone to paint it and it looks horrible. Kitchen sink sprayer leaks water. Shower lining loose . This is just a few issues. Do not recommend. The only and I mean only good person is Darlene. If she worked the center and the field they would be a A1 center. The technicians wouldn’t be slack had she managed them. She’s the only reason I’ve been patient and brought the home in the first place. Awful experience besides her. 100k waisted don’t do it.

  I will never buy another home from here. Our home is not even 5 years old and all the money we have put into this is unreal. I totally believe that whoever was supposed to be doing the work in our master bathroom failed at it. When we first got the home the sewer from the master toliet was leaking into the insulation because the pipes were not connected. 2nd the master shower was not connected inside the wall so we went a whole year without even knowing that whole inside of the wall was messed all up and that made us have to replace the floors in the master bath. We thought under the shower was fine because it didn't look like any water was that way but now come to find out the drain wasn't even connected to the pipe under the shower so it has been leaking this whole time. Here we go tearing walls and floors out again.
