I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The move in was easy and simple. The manager and staff had been a huge help to my family! It is now our home and we love it! They are very good at maintenance and cleaning up around the apartments! Money well spent to live here.
My roommate and I lived there a couple years ago (2018-2022, I believe) and while it started out strong, it didn’t finish that way. I will say that the rent was good, even though it continued to go up a bit, and the appliances all worked well. We did our own pest control, so I can’t speak to that. However, the parking was insane. One night coming in from work I had to move the items in my storage garage just to get my car in there because there was nowhere else. The trash compacter area was terrible and no one was keeping up the middle natural area, as beautiful as it was. But the worst was the mold. I had been having allergies and sickness for a while and thought it was just me and we needed to vacuum more. Upon move out, we discovered there was black mold that had developed around the windows and in the bottom corner of my closet going up the wall. Not just a little, either. We reported it to the office and what did maintenance do? Wipe it with a little strong bleach and paint over it. Yeah, not gonna cut it. I hope they’ve changed on that last one, but from the reviews I’ve seen it looks like they probably haven’t.

From experience, as a renter it’s a little pricey for what you get. I would recommend looking for other areas with better values. When I was looking for an apartment, the management staff told us that the front gate would be fixed after the New Year’s (this was later revealed to be a lie) and they ended up removing it all together. In the apartment itself, you can tell they rushed putting it together, there’s miscellaneous gaps and the walls aren’t very straight. The maintenance crew is probably the best part about this complex. I can’t remember their names, but any time I had to submit one, they did an excellent job making sure we were taken care of. It is also highly inconvenient when they schedule a pressure washing and the people doing the pressure washing don’t care if you get soaked with water before entering your apartment, or if it’s out of the timeframe that they actually scheduled it. The pest control is also a joke. They enter your apartment, walk in a quick circle, spray maybe 3-5 times and never thoroughly do a walkthrough, and leave. The train behind the complex is also so loud, you’ll be in a deep sleep and then all of a sudden you’re wide awake just sitting there listening to a blaring train horn. The substance smell is also extremely strong at points throughout the complex and even though they tell you to report it to the police, they’re usually not going to do anything.

Gervonte and Austin are just wonderful! I lived here once in 2019 & back again at the start of 2021 and it’s really been home to me. Gervonte is an amazing property manager, always tending to one’s needs and ensuring the place in ran to full efficiency for his residents. Austin too, he is always so pleasant and greets everyone in the office with a smile.. whether old or new it’s all the same treatment and he has been a breath of fresh air. They’re a great team .. great separately but even better together!
