Beyond disappointed.
We purchased a home in May of 2025. The salesman was pushy and attempted to have us buy multiple different homes because of their readiness instead of what was best for our family. In addition to that he preferred to speak to my husband over me, even though we told him numerous times I was his point person. He lied to us about inspections being done and tried to shame us for using an outside agent for our sale. Our home was completed by the date promised but on the day of our signing our door keys were “lost” and we had to wait days for a new set. And were told by the sales rep to just go get some new locks from the hardware store, he never offered to do that. We’ve had issues with most of our rooms, we’ve had hvac and electric issues and more flooring issues than id like to count. Our grass still won’t grow in spots and they have rules in the “HOA” that they run that apply to only certain homes. The HOA management company is terrible too and we’ve already had an increase in our HOA fees. The neighborhood is a lot of SC transplants and very few locals is any other than ourselves and one other couple. We’ve now come up on our one year inspection and we were previously told cosmetic things would be covered and now they are not. They send out incompetent workers for repairs and everything about our inspection seems like it’s up for debate. If you’re looking for a builder I would look elsewhere.
