  My husband and I having been working the past year to get ready to buy our first home. We had just really begun the serious looking when we went out to the Basildon community in Lancaster, SC. We were not prepared yet to sign a contract on a home, we just went to start to really look at our options. My husband's sister works for Ryan Homes in Myrtle Beach so we knew the company, and knew the type of quality and professionalism to expect. We did not call ahead so they were not expecting us, but were welcoming and happy to help us. Rich was who we met first, but he was busy with a client so offered to call his colleague, Jessica so we would not have to wait even though we were more than happy to since we were a walk-in. Jessica was warm, and professional from the moment she introduced herself. We could have not asked for a more professional sales agent. She asked about our budget, gave us a tour, and gave us a total cost breakdown, and gave us an idea of what home buyer programs we would qualify for. She explained the breakdown in price, and the loan details in a way that was clear and easy to digest. I was ready to sign the papers that day, but my husband wanted us to sleep on it as it is a big decision. Jessica was prompt and professional in her follow-up emails without being pushy or putting undue pressure on a potential client. When we were ready to sign the contract, and get the ball rolling on owning a Ryan Home, she met with us on a Sunday evening to accommodate my husband's work schedule. She was everything you would want in an employee and more. Ryan Homes is lucky to have her. Rich was also the type of employee that Ryan Homes should be proud to have as he gave up a potential sale to make sure a potential client would not have to wait to be helped. Jessica also gave us the name of our NVR mortage loan officer, Tyler, to begin the loan application process. Tyler was also incredibly helpful and professional. He helped us understand the loan process, and explained everything in a way a person who had never bought a home before would understand. He is again the type of employee any employer would be lucky to have. My husband and I were incredibly impressed with every person who has helped us begin the home buying process with Ryan Homes, and we expect we will continue to be impressed as we get further into this process.

  Cesar was fantastic! Walked us through the entire process. Was very personable and easy to get along with. Would definitely do business with him again!

  Beautiful new construction, flexible floorplans, pre-drywall and final independent home inspections were awesome, no delays to timeline! Highly recommend
