  Our experience with Pulte was amazing from start to finish! Lee was incredible throughout the entire process and was always there as our guide. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to help gave us complete confidence in our decisions and made the home buying journey enjoyable. Our Construction Manager, Wayne, was exceptional throughout the building process. He took the time to explain how our home was built, why things were done a certain way, and ensured we felt informed and confident in the quality of our new home. We are beyond happy with our Pulte home in Kinsdale and truly appreciate everyone who helped make this experience so positive. Thank you to the entire Pulte team for making our first home building experience such a memorable one!

  We just moved into our new home in KInsdale on June 6. We have been very happy with the whole process from day one.

  The yards are terrible. We have been in our house for just over a year. We have pictures from when our sod was installed during a torrential downpour. Not the conditions to lay sod. Our yard is incredibly bumpy as well. Last year, I begged and pleaded to have the landscaping company come out and roll our yard. It never happened. I was told “give it time, it should settle,” and “It’s not going to be perfectly smooth.” My concerns were dismissed every time I brought them up. Today, while mowing, I noticed that our sod is beginning to split. Again, this could have all been avoided if it was laid properly, and if they had come out and rolled it a few times like I had asked. Pulte has created so much extra work for many residents to deal with on their own. They refuse to accept responsibility and continue to use the same worthless landscaping company to do the sod work. If you come visit, drive around and look at everyone’s grass. If you are going to be closing soon, do not accept the yard if you are not satisfied with the product. After you close, it will be too late.

  The experience buying a home in Kinsdale was excellent. Bobbie Merrill from the sales office, and Scott Davis the construction manager are truly professional. They both made the process seamless.

  Not the quality and craftsmanship we expected. Take a walk around and talk to current homeowners before deciding on this community. Edit: We have reached out to Pulte Customer Care emails prior to posting this initial review. Joy has been very helpful, the rest of the team says "what do you expect with a tract built home?" Mind you we selected almost every upgrade available that was installed with poor execution. Save your money on upgrades, have it done properly yourself for less post close.
