Edit: We have reached out to Pulte Customer Care emails prior to posting this initial review. Joy has been very helpful, the rest of the team says "what do you expect with a tract built home?" Mind you we selected almost every upgrade available that was installed with poor execution. Save your money on upgrades, have it done properly yourself for less post close.

Our construction manager Patrick Smith was great! He explained details about the build of the home and was willing to answer any questions and requests that we had.
