He has been an absolute work horse making sure that we get everything we want in our new home and supporting us along the way with submitting for well and septic permits etc. I cannot say enough kind and good things about our experience thus far and Brandon himself. If you are considering building a Clayton Home in the area, or just going manufactured or modular, please go visit Brandon. He is thorough and messages you with updates, is always available to answer questions via text or call. He’s even responded on his days off (which I told him to go enjoy his family time but he insisted on getting me an answer lol) But seriously, you will not be sorry working with Brandon and the Clayton team. 100⭐️⭐️/10

He is great at answering emails, text, phone calls and if he wasn't sure he would find the answer and call me back with the answer and that meant a lot to both my husband and I. He has kept in touch with us from day one and walked us through the process. Our mortgage was not the most easiest one but we have gotten through it. I definitely give him 100 stars if I could. If you are a new home buyer definetly go see Brandon at Clayton in Lancaster, SC he will get you in your new home.
