  I’m visiting friends and the pool has been closed a few days?! I’m hoping it will open soon so we can swim! Also the hallways are dirty! I’m used to seeing nice apt buildings with concrete hallways pressure washed and elevators cleaned! The apts do seem comfy! Hope these things will get taken care of for my friends!

  My experience with the new management at this apartment complex was very disappointing. I came to apply for an apartment because I was interested in moving here, but the customer service was poor from the moment I arrived. The young woman at the front desk was rude, spoke to me disrespectfully, and showed no willingness to answer my questions or help me through the application process. It felt like every question I asked was an inconvenience to her. Good customer service is very important, especially for people who are considering making this community their home. I hope the management addresses this issue and improves the way prospective residents are treated.
