  I had nothing but good things to say about this complex until now , I even recommended a few people to stay here ! I’ve stayed at this apartment complex for 3 years, and within those 3 years I stayed in two different units , mind you the management team changed constantly, no one informed me of a balance that was due upon move out for the first unit , as I stayed in the second unit I still wasn’t aware . I moved out a few months ago and I received a collection notice saying I had a balance from the first unit and the new management team did not reach out to verify if I was aware of it or not . This is ridiculous!!!! And the amount was less than $100.

  Ms. Brenda is hands-down the best! From the moment I arrived, she gave me the most welcoming hug and made me feel right at home. She is truly the sweetest person you will ever meet and made sure I had all the information I needed. She genuinely cares about people, and I couldn't recommend her enough to everyone!

  Let's start with the entrance into the complex. I was very impressed that this is a gated apartment complex and the gates really work. They have parking spaces for the future tenants which are very welcoming and cute. Next the office building, BEAUTIFUL, from the chairs on the porch to the entrance into the main office. When you first walk in you're greeted by Brenda or Daniel , both of them are lovely people. My meeting was with Brenda whom is phenomenal, the care and time she took with my tour and showing me the apartment grounds and different amenities that they offer was amazing. All of my questions were answered and I was satisfied with the apartment tour. The complex is CLEAN, the pool was working and absolutely beautiful, two gas grills in the area and a fire pit , there is a pool table and gym on site which are very nice, the breezeway that I saw was clean and no trash was seen, which I really appreciated. The apartments come with a washer and dryer, carpet through out except the kitchen and bathroom and there is a GARDEN TUB..I'M IN LOVE, plenty of storage and pantry space in the kitchen, diswasher, double sided refrigerator and a balcony porch. I cant wait to move in, just what I'm looking for and did I add it's located in a great area. Plenty of parking, walking areas, dog area, etc. Ms. Brenda is the best and an absolute joy to meet and very down to earth, you can tell she takes pride in helping and making sure everything is running good and her tenants are happy. I felt at home and didn't want to leave. Thanks Ms. Brenda you rock, but I'm sure you know that already. 😉

  Just renewed my lease! My daughter and I have been here for a year, I must say this place is amazing. I feel safe , my apartment was just the way it was presented online,and the amenities are always up and running as they should. My last apartment the pool would stay closed throughout the summer and that was very disappointing having a child who loves outdoor activities. Ms Brenda and Daniel are the best, they go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. I definitely would recommend this place to family and friends.
