- IMIsabelle Miller5 days ago2.0Be prepared. You dont get the quality of the model. Have had months of warranty issues from sod, gutter, garage doors, plumbing; cabinetry, and snake like walls. The cuts on the trim are like they used a hack saw, the floor is uneven so my flooring is cracking. Cabinets not level or in a straihgt line, broken (hidden) countertops, 2 foot on center construction on interior walls so forget about hanging anything heavy. The amount of drywall mud and chaulk to cover crappy work has been austounding to find. They use MDF for the window and baseboard trim while selling it as an upgrade. Oh and the included options are lower Would than my entry level home that was 100% builder basic. I NEVER recommend Pulte. I do give them 2 stars as they did offer option to pay closing costs and offered lots of upgrade options. One final thing - The upgrades are within market price if you do after closing replacements but then you have already paid for the basics so it actually is more.

We were originally looking in older neighborhoods but stumbled across Hannah in the sales center. She took meticulous notes and knew exactly what we were looking for. As soon as a lot became available that fit our needs, Hannah, called immediately. We put a deposit down that day. Porter took care of the building process and was amazing! He kept us abreast of everything as the house was being built. Tyler, was extremely helpful at our one year walk through and has followed up with all of our questions! Great neighborhood! Great neighbors and amenities!
