Terrible experience email about a property to later be told it was available with no other applications pending come to find out it actually did poor practices to try to get your application fee. What's the worst part that no one ever picks up at the office to answer any calls.

From the initial application to returning the keys, everyone at PMI has been helpful and kind. All of my questions were always answered right away and they seem to care about the properties, tenants, and owners. Overall I had a great experience living in Chapin with PMI Palmetto management.

As a resident of a PMI Palmetto property for multiple years, Sharon Chapman and her property management team were always a delight to work with! Maintenance requests were scheduled in a timely manner, often being responded to by Sharon herself within a day, and the move-out security deposit process was handled very fairly and professionally.
