  Katherine and Heidi have been very helpful. They both gave us very informative information about how the process goes in building a new home. Any questions and concerns that we had/have, Kathy has been able to answer in a way that left me feeling comfortable and at ease. I really appreciate the honesty that Kathy and Heidi has given us. We're really looking forward to moving into our new home.

  We moved into our townhouse at the end of May, and we absolutely love it. The best part of our experience was working with the incredible team throughout the entire process. Farrah was wonderful, always quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, and happy to provide additional information whenever I had questions. Heidi was amazing during the financing process. She was very detailed, dedicated, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Mike, the builder, guided me through every step of the construction process from the day building began. He provided detailed updates and photos throughout construction, ensuring the townhouse was built with quality craftsmanship and completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Ryan Homes in Indian Land, SC. What makes this experience even more impressive is that I purchased this home while living out of state. The entire team made the process seamless, convenient, and enjoyable from beginning to end. Their professionalism, communication, and dedication exceeded my expectations, and I am truly grateful for all their hard work.

  If you're looking for new builders, stay as far away from Ryan Homes as you can. The quality of the materials and labor are awful, and the overall homebuying process was abhorrent. I felt pressured, mislead, and deceived prior to closing to settle for damage that was known to a roof truss, and had to fight for electrical work to be done properly. The only area of the home that we have not had issues with is HVAC, so I am assuming that issues will pop up as summer progresses. As a first time homeowner, I would have rather walked away and lost my earnest money than go through with the closing on this property. The warranty that is included is on paper only, and they will try to do everything in their power to not cover items. You're better off finding a real builder, or just buying a manufactured home. The quality is higher than what you get with Ryan.
