  If I could give them 0 stars I would. Selling a house for over 100k above appraisal value. Absolutely no flexibility or understanding of the customer and then emails and says “clearly you cannot afford” it. No help from area sales manager either. I took my deposit and ran.

  Our home in Forest Edge (Huger, SC) was completed by June 2023. We had a reasonable list of 30-day warranty items to complete. Once Anson & Seth; two of Toll Brother's building supervisors were brought into the project, work was completed to a high quality. At times, when other builders or building supervisors fail, Anson & Seth really stepped up and shown apart by ensuring excellent communication (through all forms) between home owners and contracts. They were present during the projects to ensure contractors arrived on time and work was done well. As a building supervisor, Seth has years of experience in the industry that can't be matched. Seth is always looking toward improvements and never once "sat idle", even when just supervising the start/ end of the project. One example of this is when he noticed our front door dead bolt lock was not aligned when closing the door, so he asked to fix it, which we happily let him! They also noticed our air filters accumulated more dirt after the tile warranty work in our house, and had them all replaced. What Anson lacks in years of experience, he makes up in quality of customer service, soft skills, willingness to please the customer, problem solving skills, integrity, and swiftness to action. Without these two supervisors helping us complete these warranty items, we would not be the happy home owners we are today. I hope Toll Brothers understand that Supervisors such as these make their brand and preserve their legacy in the industry.
