  I have nothing but good things to say about Association Services. Our property manager, Lizette is outstanding! Those who work for Associa on Call (AOC) are excellent, always providing great service. We recently had Jeff from AOC clean our trash room and bins. He left it sparkling clean! He also monitors and changes the lighting in our building and always does a fantastic job.

  Ralph was very prompt, precise and provided professional service. He returned my call 30 minutes before the office closed for the 4th of July which, is unheard of. He also stopped by to make sure everything was going well. The crew he sent out were very polite, completed the job in a timely manner, and it was done well.

  Rachel is an awsome property manager and truly stands out in this industry. Her dedication to her properties, the communities she manages, and—most importantly—the residents is evident in everything she does. Rachel genuinely cares, and it shows in her attention to detail, responsiveness, and commitment to doing things the right way. She also treats vendors with respect and professionalism, valuing strong working relationships and clear communication. Rachel takes pride in her work and treats every property as if it were her own.

  I am writing to recognize the outstanding customer service provided by Ms. Rose Estabaya. After receiving a notice showing an unexpected overdue balance on our account, including fees, interest, and other charges, I contacted Customer Service for clarification. Ms. Estabaya responded promptly and professionally by providing a clear account statement showing the components of the charges, when they were incurred, and the reasons behind them. After I replied with additional background information and explained what had actually occurred, Ms. Estabaya took the time to review the matter further. She then apparently discussed this with her management and subsequently responded with a very favorable resolution, including adjustments and a small justifiable payment from us that brought our account to a zero balance. My wife and I are extremely appreciative of her responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to look into the situation carefully and fairly. Her desire to help resolve the issue in a positive way truly stood out. In our experience, this level of service is not always common, which makes her efforts even more noteworthy. Ms. Estabaya delivered excellent customer service, and we are grateful for her assistance. We are pleased to give her a full five-star review and believe she deserves recognition for the way she handled this matter.
