Associa has been the worst property management company we’ve dealt with. In our neighborhood, it feels like our home is constantly being targeted. We’re getting repeated warnings and fines, and it’s starting to feel personal, especially since it seems like the same people are involved and know exactly who we are.
What’s frustrating is the inconsistency. We’ve talked to neighbors and it’s clear that not everyone is being held to the same standards. Most of the enforcement seems focused on just the first few streets in the Woodbridge community, while other areas aren’t being checked at all.
We’ve also been questioned about things that don’t even violate the covenants, like our kids having a soccer goal. And the ongoing complaints about our garden bed are ridiculous. Those aren’t weeds, they’re daffodils, and we had just cleaned it up.
Overall, the lack of professionalism and consistency is really disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

Our experience with Associa has been very positive for the last 3 years. The website it easy to navigate and our property manager Lizette Perez is excellent - a good communicator, prompt in her responses and always pleasant. We would recommend.

Carol at Association Services is a fantastic customer service agent. I was calling about a problem and was pretty upset. She diffused the situation and we were exchanging pleasantries by the end of the call. Thanks Carol!!
We had no internet for over a week. We repeatedly called the internet company Fission with no progress. Within two days of talking to Ruth Fuentes, we had the problem solved and multiple apologies from the internet company. Ryan
