  My partner Daniel tried to move into these apartments at the end of July/beginning of August and upon inspecting the apartment for a few days, there was a severe roach infestation. We went to the apartment manager Jennifer and informed her of the issues and she told us that he could choose to basically not claim ownership of the apartment and would be refunded his deposit of almost $2000. She told us we would receive this refund check in 7-10 days and it has now been almost a month. We emailed and requested tracking information on the check and were told we would receive it but never did. She has now been ignoring our repeated emails. Phone calls to the complex are also not being answered. This property and its management have been a nightmare. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

  Just moved in to this community, and id like to single out Grace in the front office, everything was easy and ready to go. Smoothest move in process ive ever experienced. The first night we had an issue with our washing machine where it stopped working or draining, though. For that id like to single out Alex on the maintenance crew. Next day he got us taken care of, swapped out our old washer for a newer better one. Top notch service and effort all around. Very happy to be here.

  Management has ran off the only good employees this place has seen but yet has kept Heather around for some reason. She is rude to all tenants. I am a current tenant but am using a friends account to remain anonymous and avoid backlash from her. She has also talked badly about the tenants thinking we can’t hear her and won’t find out. The Units are full of mold, ac doesn’t work half the time and we get told oh it’s just how the airflow is. Was looking good around here then out of nowhere half the employees are gone. So many tenants want to complain, but are afraid to due to retaliation from Heather. Once luxury apartments have been downgraded to subpar at best

  Unfortunately, I do not recommend living here. The pictures are extremely deceiving. I sure hope since I moved it has improved. Everything in the house smelled like cigarettes and the air was full of moisture. There were broken blinds and broken appliances (often breaking and having to ask multiple times to get things fixed). Our A/C broke at least 3 times & our apartment flooded once due a fire sprinkler malfunction. Management was very very hard to get ahold of. The gate was broken at least 75% of the time. Again, I hope it’s improved since I moved, however unless they have revamped the apartments and gotten a whole new staff I’m not recommending these apartments.
