  Worst apartments- mold in units and they just paint over it. Horrible toxic management- rent anywhere but here

  It I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst bug infested, noisy, worst congested location ever. Trash piles up by the single dumpster every weekend. Granted it magically disappears Monday morning. This is the recipe for this place. It hides the disarray through nice renovation. The roaches are a war zone they only spray 4 buildings per month even though you pay monthly pest fees. I have ciatrette butts from neighbors on my patio. Can’t open your gorgeous sliding door bc there are no screens. They’ve cut back on maintenance staff a few times and office hours. Don’t be allured by the nice twinkle lights or access to Harris teeter. You also won’t be able to get in or out during certain times of the day due to the congested road. I’ve had everything from noise complaints to pest infestations since I moved in. Breaking a lease is extra here too. 2,000 or more. Most places it’s one month’s rent. I’m an educated professional. I’ve lived all over Greenville and the United States. This is one of my top 3 worst places I’ve rented. I’ve lived without plumbing in Denver. I’ve lived on the streets in my youth. This place comes with its own hell. Management sets it up so you have to verbally tell them the issue. Don’t do it. Document everything. Keep a paper trail. I played nice for about 10 months and I regret every day.

  Stay FAR away if you’re looking for an apartment. I’ve been here for less than a month and it’s been a nightmare. My AC has been out for over a week in the middle of the summer and all I get is excuses on why it’s still out and lies about when they’ll be back to look at it. I went to the office to speak with them today, September 23, 2026 at 5:23 pm only to find that everyone had left over 30 minutes prior to the business hours printed on the door and listed online. I’ve lived in several different apartments and this is by far the worst. Having been here less than a month I’m regretting my decision moving here.

  From filling out the application, to my walk through, through my approval process, to introduction into the community and move in was fabulous. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a few move in repairs minor things based on my preference and the staff has been attentive to maintenance requests and on top of them. Thank you for make my move for me and my family effortless.
