  I’ve had nothing but problems since I moved in the kitchen light doesn’t turn on(I’ve made several invoices) they came and looked at it and never fixed it it’s actually worse now, my AC is on all day and doesn’t cool the apartment i made several invoices about that too and nothing has been done they came and looked at it and who knows what they did cause it’s still the same since I moved in February!!

  My experience at this property was very disappointing. Throughout my lease, noise issues were not properly addressed despite repeated complaints, which significantly impacted my living experience. I also reported pest issues, including mice, and provided documentation, but the problem was not resolved in a timely or effective manner. Communication with management was inconsistent, and concerns often felt dismissed rather than handled. At move-out, I was left with additional charges that were not clearly explained. Overall, I would not recommend this community based on my experience with maintenance, communication, and follow-through.I lived there almost 4 years and had 5 pages of maintenance request! poorly kept apartments!!!

  My AC still won’t keep up, yet they have determined that my AC unit is “functioning properly”. My unit cannot keep up by mid to late afternoon EVERY DAY. They completed my work order and deleted the one prior to that.

  I am highly disappointed in my move. Especially it being my first time moving on my own. When I first toured I toured a really nice unit got my move in date first apartment I was in it was infested with roaches and different type of insects to where I couldn’t even stay there. I was moved to another unit that I’m currently living in, thinking everything would be fine and had pest control coming out every week for one week straight seeing no difference every time. I would send emails about somethings either I would have to wait or now there’s nothing they can do I can only deal with it. I’m killing bugs every day and it’s very upsetting because no matter how much I clean and as clean as my house is and still getting all type of bugs is truly sickening. I would not recommend these apartments to NO ONE I don’t care how bad you want to move out. Move anywhere but here. Roaches come up out of the drain in the kitchen all parts of the house it’s to the point where I don’t want to have company because of how bad it is.
