  I have lived here for 8 years now and the last year has been like pulling teeth out to get maintenance issues resolved . Average wait time is 6 to 8 weeks if you’re lucky. . I have been with a non working dishwasher since June 2026 , coming up on September, maybe I will get lucky. . So disappointing !!!

  Don't move here! We’ve been here for five months and are desperate to leave. The A/C doesn't cool properly; they installed window units, and running both of them drove my bill over $200 for July alone. They claim that to keep the apartment from heating up, you can't cook, use the dishwasher or air fryer, or even have guests over—because the more people there are, the hotter it gets. Maintenance comes out but doesn't fix anything; it took five months of complaining just to get the kitchen light replaced. I’ve been waiting two weeks for a part for my broken washing machine, only to be told now that it was never ordered. The flooring isn't even real wood—it breaks easily, and holes even formed under the TV stand, which never gets moved. The kitchen countertops are covered in cheap vinyl; everything is awful, and don't even get me started on the communication and maintenance.

  I’ve had nothing but problems since I moved in the kitchen light doesn’t turn on(I’ve made several invoices) they came and looked at it and never fixed it it’s actually worse now, my AC is on all day and doesn’t cool the apartment i made several invoices about that too and nothing has been done they came and looked at it and who knows what they did cause it’s still the same since I moved in February!!

  My experience at this property was very disappointing. Throughout my lease, noise issues were not properly addressed despite repeated complaints, which significantly impacted my living experience. I also reported pest issues, including mice, and provided documentation, but the problem was not resolved in a timely or effective manner. Communication with management was inconsistent, and concerns often felt dismissed rather than handled. At move-out, I was left with additional charges that were not clearly explained. Overall, I would not recommend this community based on my experience with maintenance, communication, and follow-through.I lived there almost 4 years and had 5 pages of maintenance request! poorly kept apartments!!!
