  If you are a land owner think twice before selling to these people!!! What they told me would take a couple of months turned into almost 7 months. I was lied to for months and no one there cared about what the other told the land owner or the people that was doing the land- home package. Buyers beware these people will tell you anything so when they do make them put every word of it in writing. Also just because they say they are Oakwood Homes just know they are still Clayton homes just using a different name!!! Go on line and check out all reviews for Clayton homes!!!! They had my land tied up for over 7 months!!! The two I dealt with there was Jimmy and Martin and believe me when I say they are not your friends. Martin and Jimmy both were told to never come back to my property untill it was closed! Had it not been for me dealing with the couple that bought the land- home package I would have walked away from this deal months before they ever got it to the closing table!!! BEWARE!!!!

  Working with Lizz Pitts at Oakwood Homes in Greenwood, SC has been an excellent experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, patient, and truly attentive to what I was looking for. She made the home buying process feel much less overwhelming and was always willing to answer questions, explain details, and keep things moving smoothly. What stood out most is that her support didn’t stop at the finish line. Even after everything was complete, she’s continued to be helpful and responsive, which really shows she cares about her clients beyond just the sale. I would absolutely recommend working with her if you’re looking for someone who is professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping you through the process.
