It’s so amazing to have things taken care of without a hassle. The appliances are quality and work well. It is very quiet on the property, and safe. Safety is always a concern anywhere and Hamilton Park is quiet and safe. The grounds are well maintained and the landscaping is pretty, there are flowers and trees throughout the property. The location is great, it’s close to everything but also out of the way. Management is friendly and responsive. Definitely the place to live if you want or need an apartment in Greenwood.

When I told them I would be turning in the key next week, I was informed that I didn't give 60 days' notice and would charged for an extra month. I said I had given 6 months' notice. She said I hadn't put in writing and she didn't write it down. Typical corporate B/S.
