  We couldn’t be more grateful for our experience with Brad Yee, our home salesman, throughout the process of purchasing our new home. From the very beginning, Brad was knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home for our family. Buying a home can come with a LOT of questions, decisions, and moving pieces, but Brad made the process feel much easier and less overwhelming. He was always willing to answer our questions, explain our options, and help us navigate each step along the way. We never felt rushed or like just another sale. Brad truly took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us feel confident in our decisions.   We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Hunter at Clayton Homes Greenwood! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure our new home would be perfect for our family. He guided us through every step of the process, from helping us choose the best home for our needs to communicating with the county to ensure we had the proper zoning. Hunter was incredibly understanding, patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping our family.   I had a great experience working with Brad during the purchase of my manufactured home. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions, explain each step clearly, and provided communication outside of work hours.would definitely recommend Brad to anyone looking to purchase a manufactured home.

  So far , I think working with Clayton Homes has been good. The communication, the expectation and overall experience has been excellent. I won’t lie it can be stressful when moving into a new home , or even the process in general. However it’s been nice to have those at Clayton Homes of Greenwood keep things calm and professional. We are not in our home yet, but we are merging near the end of it. I would recommend Greenwoods Clayton Homes. Especially Amy, Brad & Hunter. All three have been a joy to work with.
