  I worked with Hunter at Clayton of Greenwood, SC. We opted to wait for now but he was beyond helpful and knowledgeable about the process, he was so responsive and friendly! I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase!

  The Greenwood, SC Clayton Homes staff is incredible. Nicole Lawrence was our sales associate who worked with us for about 2-3 years until we were ready for our move. So patient with us with all of the questions and mind changes, She would give us great advice on many things. Ross Sanders the general manager, oversaw everything from start to finish, answering our calls whenever we needed anything. Amy Kersey, project manager, who was amazing during the delivery and set up. Making sure everything was done properly and on time. Qariba Louis, who is in charge of scheduling the warranty technicians to fix, repair, replace, etc anything we needed in a timely manner, after moving in. Brian and Jim’s workmanship on anything they did in our home was AMAZING!! If you are looking to purchase a home from Clayton Greenwood, you will not be disappointed in the professionalism and knowledge of this group of awesome people you will be working with.
