Fantastic place to live with an even better staff, Sebastian especially is extremely competent and understanding of needs and is quick to deal with problems as they come.

I had such a wonderful experience at West Village Lofts at Brandon Mill last week! Grace was incredibly kind and helpful during my tour and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. She was knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The property is beautiful, and I left the tour genuinely excited about the possibility of living here!Definitely a 5-star experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We’ve resided at the Lofts for a little over a year and love our unit’s HUGE windows, the mill’s unique location, and our eclectic mix of neighbors. Living here has given us an opportunity to break free of the sameness associated with modern neighborhoods. In this community comprised of people from different lifestyles and life-stages, we’ve learned that embracing diversity is how you grow.
I’ve recently had a chance to get to know the newest member of the Loft’s maintenance staff, Tim. He’s been by our unit a few times in the past month, fixing things like a set of folding doors that detached from its rail, a clogged toilet, or our washing machine that was knocked off -balance when a blanket bunched up into a big, wet ball and… well, you know.
First of all, can I tell you how awesome it is to submit a service request you know will be resolved within a reasonable amount of time by a professional to whom you don’t have to pay a service fee? Nor buy a replacement part? After 30 years of homeownership, I’ve decided this may be my favorite thing about renting.
But back to Tim… he’s kind and quiet and polite and efficient. I suspect he’d never fixed an off-balance washing machine before, but he figured it out and fixed it and now it’s as good as new.
I see Tim most mornings while I’m walking my dogs. He’s typically picking up debris from our common areas, and he always says hi when I wave at him across the parking lot. One Friday afternoon I watched him ensure the community dumpster’s compactor was working. It was well past quitting time, and I was appreciative that he stopped to do so before leaving for the weekend.
Tim and I shared the elevator one afternoon a week or so ago. That was after the couple consecutive maintenance visits he’d made to our unit so I joked that we’re practically besties by now. He laughed and then we wished each other a good day when exiting the elevator.
That’s another thing I like about living here. The community we share, framed by our daily routines. When we stop long enough to see each other, like, really see one another, it becomes plain as day that we’ve all more in common than we realize.
I want to give a special thanks to Isabella Young for providing us with the best experience and tour I have ever had! I truly believe she provided an exemplary experience and is knowledgeable, patient, and willing to go above and beyond to form a connection and help with searching for our new home. I recommend her to anyone who is wanting to come and tour! Thank you for the best experience I’ve ever had!
