  Josh is an enthusiastic and passionate realtor with a heart to serve those he represents. He had a disciplined approach to selling our home during a change in the real estate market. He knows the market and provides sound advice and explanation with each step in the process. Josh maintains close connections with an experienced network of professionals who can get your house ready to put on the market and perform repairs after the inspection. He strongly advocates for his clients and actively works with realtors and potential buyers to address their questions/concerns. Josh was very responsive to our questions throughout the process of selling our home. He was also very helpful in advising us through the negotiations in building our new home. We would definitely ask him to represent us again and recommend him to our friends and family.

  Josh and his family used to live in my (new) wife's neighborhood, so it made sense to utilize him as our Realtor when she decided to put her house on the market. Josh has energy/enthusiasm for DAYS, and his "educator background" also means he's a good listener. We could have easily sunk $50-60K into her home to make it turnkey (and the profit that goes with that approach), but our TIME was more important than making a lick, which means he needed to price it competitively. He did, and his team member Lesley also did a great job keeping us in the loop throughout the entire process. We invested around $30K for tasteful, important upgrades and repairs (new appliances, garage doors, landscaping, deep cleaning, etc.), and the house sold within two weeks with moderate viewing traffic. The new owners are happy (more than likely have immediate equity in the house), we are happy...it all worked out. Josh is solid. Top-notch. I would recommend him to anyone.

  Lee Cunningham and his team were excellent in the sale of my home. I found him through Dave Ramsey's site which connected me with several ELPs (Endorsed Local Providers) and I am glad I decided to work with this group. Using his vast experience and the latest technology, Lee worked diligently to attract buyers and get the best deal possible. This team was able to mitigate every bump in the road during the process and provide me with every resource needed to ensure a successful sale. I would certainly recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor!
