  Great living experience for 2 years, Abi and Hunter along with the maintenance staff, Sunny and Nate, are incredible people. The residents are very friendly and the apartment makes efforts to bring everyone together. Thank you, South Ridge!

  Living here under the current management has been a great experience. Hunter and Abi in the front office are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They go out of their way to make sure residents feel heard and taken care of. Nate in maintenance is fantastic—he’s thorough, takes pride in his work, and always makes sure the job is done right. Their hard work and positive attitudes make this a wonderful place to call home.

  Love South ridge so much I’m currently on my 4th lease here! It is the perfect location for all that GVL has to offer. Not to mention the staff is AMAZING and goes above and beyond for residents!

  Hunter & Abi are always so helpful & lovely!! The maintenance crew is also super! We have been at SR for 4 years now and love all the events they have each month! Definitely one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in since moving to GVL!

  I lived here for a year, and it was a very average experience. They didn't have any pests, and maintenance took care of service requests quickly. The quality of the apartments does not match the price tag. It might be worth it if you must live within walking distance from downtown, but I would check out all of your options. When there were disruptions with trash services (mandatory monthly fee), management was extremely unhelpful, saying since it is a 3rd party service, we'd have to sort it out ourselves (even though they chose the company). You pay a monthly community fee, but I don't know where it goes. Someone broke the pool sticks in the first month of my lease, and I never saw them be replaced. Lastly, they are always scheduling services requiring entry to your apartment and often times would notify you only the morning of.
