  We’re planning to buy our first home, Keith has been amazing and trustworthy. We met him over a year ago and Keith had reached out multiple times asking how we’re doing and how can he help. My wife and I have looked many places for our first home and Keith is the reason we’re going with oakwood! Trustworthy, knowledgeable, not pushy, God fearing, and a genuine guy. Would recommend Keith to anyone!

  As soon as my husband and I walked in, I knew we were in the right place. We had been to a couple of places before and the vibe was just off. Keith took us under his wing and done everything he promised and then some! Keith stayed in contact with us and updated us along the way. Keith was always happy to answer any questions we had. If he didn’t have an answer at that moment, he wasted no time getting it. Keith made this process so easy and seamless. We couldn’t be more thankful.

  David Stone is totally incredible. I have so much to say about him and my experience purchasing my home from Oakwood Homes-Greenville. This review is a little delayed, we have now been living in our beautiful home for almost 4 years now and we still love it! My wife and I visited his location while we were visiting SC and were confident David would be able to make our dreams come true. He helped us with the entire process from beginning to end for our new home to be built and delivered to Union, DONE ENTIRELY REMOTELY, while we were still living in Southern California. We were so impressed with his professionalism, patience, diligence, knowledge, attention to detail and customer service attentiveness. We were thankful for his friendliness and great personality and knew we were in good hands every step of the way.   -A recent 4 bedroom modular purchaser. This is an awesome, family oriented place to purchase your new home!! EVERYONE, if you haven’t already visited, you need to, and go speak to David (Big Dave)!! My wife and I recently purchased a home from David and was in it within 4 months. Everyone we spoke to from the project manager, sales guy (David) the contracted workers were all amazing. From top to bottom. We were all set on building our house, and after speaking with David and seeing what we would get for price and quality, there was no second guessing. We even got to go to the factory while our modular home was being built and see all the steps and progress. Were they easy to work with and open for any questions? When I say my wife or I would call David on a Sunday morning at 8am or Wednesday at 10pm it did not matter the time or when, David would answer. I couldn’t ask for any better guidance or quality service. If you’re looking for a review wondering if I had any negative concerns, this isn’t the one, every part of our experience was perfect. We are highly satisfied with our experience and will recommend these guys over anyone. Thank you Oakwood homes for the best customer service and an awesome home! -Go talk to David!!
