I appreciate how attentive + kind Ashley and Amy are in the front office. I absolutely love our maintenance guys, Barry + Hunter— you put in a request and it’s fixed the very next day! I’ve been in places where it’s taken over a week to get things fixed, in my almost 4 years of being a resident at link… things have always been fixed SO quickly. All in all— you won’t find a better place in downtown Greenville to live. The location, the community, and the staff make this place a no brainer!

The maintenance team Barry and Hunter are super at responding quickly to resident repair needs. Also the front office staff; Nicole, Amy and Ashley are super helpful! It’s really a great place to live!

From day one, I’ve felt very safe and comfortable here, which was my biggest concern. The office team is incredibly helpful, responsive, and always available when you need assistance. Maintenance is also spot on; any requests are handled quickly and efficiently. After such a positive first year, I didn’t hesitate to renew my lease for another year. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, well-managed place to live!
