  The staff here is always friendly and quick to help whenever needed. Thanks to Stefan for being so helpful today — he made everything easy and hassle free.

  I went to tour here and it went horribly. I was told I was needed to reschedule the day of, due to overlapping or some sort (I had put my tour request a week in advance with no prior notice of a change) but I overlooked it. When I get there at the new schedule time, I was then told that I would be doing a “virtual tour” instead of viewing an actual apartment (which I had signed up for and was told I would be able to look at via messages) — I was told nothing of the community, amenities, options, etc. — The only thing we spoke about in the 10 minutes I was there was how it would be paid for and rent and what we can afford, and it was very brief and not insightful (when our move out time is not anywhere near). Rebecca was my host for the tour. Safe to say I was not sold on the apartments due to the fact I know nothing about them and I walked out of the tour with more questions than I went in with. Also a fair warning, be careful driving because a speed bump or a pot hole messed up one of our tires while leaving the complex.

  I would highly recommend Lakecrest if you are looking for reasonably priced and sized apartments. My dog and I have enjoyed our time here. The office staff, Marcus, Alex, and Rebecca, are always so kind when we stop in to grab a package (or more realistically, a dog treat). Further, the maintenance crew is always very timely, professional, and kind. My dog is obsessed with them. When we pass any of the crew on walks, whether Christian, Josh, Wyatt, or Chad, they will make time to say hello and often stop to give my dog pets/attention (which he lives for). Further, my dog is a big boy (70 lbs) and he is welcomed into Lakecrest with open arms. We can have enjoyable walks around the lake path, stop at the dog park, or explore the nearby stream! Overall, Lakecrest has been an enjoyable experience for both me and my dog! For extra visibility, as clearly he is the main focus, enjoy the attached photos of my dog protesting over time because the office was closed (Sunday) and he wanted a snack and attention 😂

  The staff is always amazing and friendly! I honestly have never lived in a place with such nice staff, they take it to a whole new level! Rebecca is always smiling and helping!
