  I've never had an experience like I have with this property management company - the communication, working tirelessly to figure out solutions to issues, all while managing to be kind and understanding. We're very grateful for everything the Lattitude 34 team has done for us thus far.

  Avoid living here if you can afford it because of the property management group. The house was fine - it's Lennar built so you know it will be cheap and with some small issues, but my family were the first to live in the house. Aside from the major issue of not spraying for pests, the management here will always work hard at LOOKING busy or sending out memos, but not actually doing anything. Lauren Corn is likely a part time magician with how well she disappears! We were approaching the end of our lease (which was under the FIRST property management group) and we wanted to meet to discuss rent prices & why our promotional credit was redeemed in full when they took over. Lauren told me once face to face she would set up a meeting and then like a magician casting an invisibility spell - she was gone! So our rent (read cost to live there because property management groups and their accountants will argue about what *rent* is) went up significantly. We were amazing tenets to the home, especially considering some of the neighbors were abusers, damaged their homes, and one even caught their house on fire. Which I only knew of these things from asking around the neighborhood, most of the communications were lack luster. If you need a place to live that provides this much space I would highly consider living anywhere else. On a nice note, the landscaping crew was professional and did a good job. 2/5 stars.

  Does anyone know how to get in contact with the leasing office? Nobody answers the phone. Spent hard earned money on app fees just to be ignored after paying. Kinda sucks as an potential resident.

  0 stars don’t bother wasting your money. Goodluck with trying to get ahold of someone after paying app fees $275. It’s unbelievable how hard it is to reach out to anyone to try to get info about the townhomes. What’s the point of working if you never answer phone calls/emails/text messages.
