  Princess was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire leasing process. She took the time to walk me through every type of unit available and even offered to show me additional options to make sure I found the best fit. I actually ended up seriously considering a floor plan that I normally wouldn’t have chosen, simply because she took the time to show it to me and explain the benefits. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. If you’re looking at apartments at Judson Mill, I highly recommend working with Princess!

  In our experience, Judson Mill provides a different feel from the other loft rentals in the area. The unit we rent is on an interior courtyard and still, the high windows and higher ceilings let a ton of natural light deep into the apartment. We rarely hear our neighbors or the city traffic unless we have our doors and windows open, but all the interior and exterior hard surfaces do reflect sound very efficiently. It’s evident if someone’s having a party in the courtyard, but that does not happen often. We love our kitchen's large island and really love how well the overall floorplan works for us. Electricity costs have been notably low with only a single exterior wall. The event and commercial spaces that are part of Judson Mill/District make for a very lively experience which sets Judson Mill apart from the other loft properties we considered. It’s great having places like Mill City Kitchen for delicious food, Play Cafe for kids to burn off energy on bad weather days, a music venue as well as other great spaces literally across the building. Getting to enjoy events like the Indie Craft Fair and Tacos ‘n’ Tequila held right at our property feels like being right in the middle of everything without having to head downtown. The residential amenities are great—the indoor/outdoor kitchen and patio spaces near the pool are large enough for several groups of people to enjoy without being on top of each other. Additionally as of April that the pool will be open year round, a change that was made by new management based on resident feedback. Speaking of property management, since we moved here, we’ve had three different property management teams. From experiences with the new management team (in place since February of 2026), it feels like they are trying to approach the nuances of this hybrid residential/commercial property in a more organized fashion than the previous management teams. In my direct experience, they have addressed our concerns quickly and have done a much better job communicating than previous management. There's been better notification of planned work around the property and better accessibility in general to management and maintenance when there’s a need. They’ve also engaged the residents to come up with community events that match our interests which we have really enjoyed. Overall, Judson has been a really great place for us to call home!

  I love living here. This has been my first home in Greenville and recently the new management has been amazing with communication and community events. Such a great location, near areas I really value like Swamp Rabbit ans the West Village with easy access to downtown. My gym is here, pool: tons of space for work from home folks. I'm most definitely staying another year.

  I can’t not say enough about Adam at Judson Mill lofts office. He is so kind, patient and helpful. I’m making a long distance move and he’s helped make this so much less stressful for us. Thank you so much and I can’t wait for this to be our new home!!!
