The location is great, the area looks clean, and it wasn't hard for us to decide to live here. Ms. Sierra New was a pleasure to speak with. She answered all of our questions, she even gave us time to look (and even measure things 🤭) around the apartment so we can really imagine ourselves being there. And she even said her favorite thing is working at a small complex so she knows all of the residents by name, so personable! And that's what we want, a place that feels safe and neighborly.

I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with the leasing office staff and maintenance staff. Maintenance is extremely quick to respond to any work orders. The leasing office staff is very responsive as well.

Maintenance is stellar and we have never had an issue that was not handled immediately. Brittney, Sierra, Chris, Alex and everyone we have interacted with have been most professional and accommodating. The grounds are well maintained and you can see they all take pride in their jobs.
