  I lived in Carolina Point from September 2024 to August 2026 (2 years). I moved in because of the phenomenal location being between Woodruff Rd and Laurens Rd, I attended college a few minutes away (CUICAR), and because the amenities at the apartment complex and general landscape is beautiful. I’ve talked directly to all of the staff here, and they are always extremely helpful and very understanding. Even after moving out the staff has been very helpful and willing to answer and questions, I got my move out statement 10 days after my lease ended with a full security deposit return. Maintenance here is phenomenal, they are great guys, and they definitely handled all my issues with care in a timely fashion. My AC stopped working at some point during the summer last year and they came and fixed it same day on the weekend. Stopped working again about a week later and once again, they fixed it same day and I never had an issue with it again. They did everything, even getting rid of some wasps nests that showed up under the deck of the person living above me (I lived on the first floor). Overall the apartments have been great! Super friendly community, pool is awesome (especially now that they just got new furniture) and very well kept up, the pool also has grills which everyone loves for a nice pool cookout the gate system is awesome because you can text a link to someone to open the gate with a button from their phone so you don’t have to stare at your phone when someone is coming over to open the gate for them. Whenever the gates were broken, they would ensure they were open while they were being repaired to ensure no one was stuck behind a closed gate (and regardless there’s another entrance/exit you could use even if it was stuck closed). My only “complaints” would be that in the last year I lived here the fire often did not have propane so it wouldn’t work, but it’s likely because everyone would use it since it’s so nice so once the propane was refilled it wouldn’t last very long. There have also been times where response times are slower or there isn’t anyone in office, but that’s always been because the staff is doing tours for potential new tenants or it’s around lunch so once again, it’s understandable. Neither of these complaints are deserving of me dropping the 5 star rating.

  Llevo un tiempo viviendo en esta residencia y me gusta como tienen las zonas sociales, las personas son cordiales, las chicas de la oficina son muy cordiales y atentas con cualquier inquietud que se presente lindos apartamentos, muy tranquilo para vivir con niños Me gusta que no hemos tenido problemas de insectos o algo parecido Feliz de estar aquí y espero seguir

  Jaelynn was my leasing specialist and she was awesome!! She is super super nice and friendly and that made me feel so good about moving in! The apartment has been great and we love the location! Would definitely recommend!

  Nicole and the other office staff members have been so nice to deal with during our tour and move-in process and answered any questions we had. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance staff has been responsive to any needs that arise.

  I had a disappointing experience with Carolina Point Apartments, mainly because of the lack of communication. The biggest issue is that important information is rarely shared proactively. Instead, you only find out after asking, and by then additional charges have already been added to your account. I faced the same communication problems multiple times regarding trash maintenance, trash fees, and rent-related charges. Clear and timely communication could have prevented a lot of confusion and frustration. The property management really needs to improve transparency and keep residents informed instead of expecting them to discover issues on their own.
