Nicole was VERY helpful & ; professional Very sweet lady, she answered any questions I had. I’m very impressed on how clean the leasing office was and smelled so good! . Great customer service so far! . Im even more excited to apply & pray to become a future resident there. Thank you so much Nicole for being awesome & helpful!

They have conflicting phone numbers in Google vs. the emails. Neither got me to anyone. I considered just showing up, but given how hard it was to get in contact to potentially lease with them, I can imagine how difficult it would be once I was a tenant. Gave them 2 stars because the apartments do look nice in photos.

My apartment is beautiful and clean and surprisingly it has a good amount of storage. Maintenance is awesome and really quick! I had a small issue with my sink and maintenance came right away ( within the hour). Upon move-in I made a few mistakes with my paperwork and getting the things in order that they needed..and the girls in the office where beyond sweet and helpful with it. Kyla handled most of my move in and showed me around the community and I have to say she has to be one of the nicest girls I have ever met! If you are searching for a nice and clean place to live Avana is it. I'm so glad I chose Avana. Thank you again to the girls in the office for making my experience and awesome one! I look forward to living here.
