- EEEMR004RJun 23, 20265.0Did a tour of the property with Jaelyn. She is so sweet and welcoming to potential residents. Gave me a guided tour of the amenities and two-bedroom model. Beautiful luxury space & design interior for City of Greenville living. The Property located on Woodruff Rd right off I-85 exit is convenient. Still kinda too-pricey for me, but if I could swing it, I would move-in.

Worst Garbage maintenance, it you forgot to keep your bin after the trash pickup and t Suppose if you are on a vacation they will add 50$ fine without any proofs or images, if we ask them they will say have a door camera and get us your evidence. Reverse game 4. Full of cockroaches 5. The floor area is very dirty and they will not clean once in a month too. 6. Always repairs and constructions,more noise each day.
