  We've lived here for 9 months and I should've just left a review when we moved in. I kept expecting things to get better. We got new staff in the office and that should help, right? Surely, move in hassle is normal and once we're settled it will be easier, right? The extreme hassle just to get a lease signed should've been a warning sign. Wrong. There was no improvement. They can't be bothered to communicate, if anything breaks good luck getting an actual fix. The entire time we've lived here there's been electrical problems but they don't care. We stopped trying to get things fixed because they can't be bothered to call a real electrician. Fees upon fees upon fees. Random water surcharges with no explanation. AC hardly works, no explanation. If your package gets lost in their broken system, good luck, they won't help. If you need bugs sprayed for, good luck, you pay for it every month but they don't want to come when you call. Paying a forced fee for trash pickup but trash pickup doesn't happen consistently. Forced fee for the trash compactor that's always broken or full because nobody knows how to use it. Pool is a joke, but we would hardly know because it's closed more often than not. Save your money. Save your time. You don't want to get trapped here unless you have no other option. Do NOT take up their false offer for money off rent, they'll actually just tack extra weeks onto the end of your lease and trap you for longer.
