  As I’m reading the recent reviews of people being satisfied with their experience Braxton Woods Lake, let’s just say you haven’t had anything major go wrong with you apartment yet. First off, we have major problems with our heating and air but they seem to just patch it up for the second and then leave it alone. My wife has been without AC for day 3 now and it’s 90 plus degrees. They told her on a Friday that someone would come on Monday and have it fix. Monday came around and they said it would be Wednesday before someone came out. They never offered her a portable temporary unit that weekend. Monday they said that they would deliver one to the apartment, it was never delivered. So I spent $350 to have a portable AC until delivered to her the next day. We have 2 inside dogs that aren’t use to this type of heat, and it’s very strenuous on them during this time. Yes everything is perfect in the beginning like always because they want to sell you the unit, but once problems arise, they will just put you to the side and tell you what you want to hear for the moment.

  I just moved here and love it! Trinita is the most genuine, helpful, joyful person and she was a huge reason I wanted to live here. I knew I’d be taken care of. They also just got new management this week and he is also so helpful and cares a lot about the residents here. He gets things done and taken care of. I do not feel like a burden; they’re amazing!

  I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Tara Watts, our wonderful apartment community manager. She manages the complex beautifully, understands her work professionally, and most importantly, truly tries to make life here more comfortable and enjoyable for the residents. The Mother’s Day event she organized was absolutely unforgettable. Every woman had the opportunity to feel special, appreciated, and happy, even if her children are already grown and living far away. We were able to create our own beautiful flower bouquets from a large selection of fresh flowers, and honestly, it brought so much joy and warmth. I will never forget that day. For a little while, many of us simply felt happy again 🌸 Standing ovation for such a thoughtful and unique idea 👏 Rarely do you meet managers who genuinely care about creating not just an apartment complex, but a true sense of community. Thank you to our wonderful manager for her kindness, creativity, and heart. With respect, NL
