  I absolutely love living at 400 Rhett. Ashley and Kayla genuinely care about the residents and make the community feel welcoming. Matt and Derek in maintenance are incredible, any issue I’ve ever had has been fixed in under twenty‑four hours.The location is wonderful, and the community feels quiet, safe, and comfortable. It has a homey atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and enjoy being here. Overall, 400 Rhett is a great place to live, and I’m truly happy here.

  I moved in back in May and did everything remotely as I was relocating from out of state. Ashley was fantastic, answered all my questions, sent videos and went above and beyond helping me relocate. The community events each month have been great to meet neighbors, and as a single female the building is extremely secure and safe. Even walking the neighborhood at night with my dog feel completely safe. Love living here!

  Every aspect of my experience at the 400 Rhett has been exceptional. The leasing office staff, Ashley and Kayla have always been attentive to anything I needed as well as great hosts at the monthly socials. Derek and Matt are great maintenance professionals. They always exceed my expectations when I have a service request. I submitted a request for a failing hot water heater this past Sunday. Derek and Matt replaced it and had everything cleaned up by early afternoon on Monday.

  I have lived here for a few months. I moved from a 6000 SF home in Utah to 400 Rhett. The staff made my move in experience so easy and actually fun. Ashley and Kayla made the move enjoyable. I have not had any reason to use the maintenance personnel although they seem to be friendly and helpful from what I have observed. I was married for 50 years until my wife died and I expected a long griefing period. 400 Rhett has made the transition quite painless. I love how the entire complex is clean and well organized. Keep up the good work. I love it here.

  I really do love living at 400 Rhett. The location is brilliant. I’m just off Main Street, so I can walk a block or two for coffee or dinner, Fluor Field is right across the road, and Unity Park is close by. At the same time, this end of downtown doesn’t feel overly busy, which I really appreciate. The staff are a huge part of what makes living here so easy. Ashley and Kayla are always incredibly prompt and helpful whenever I have a question, and Derek and Matt are absolutely the best when it comes to maintenance. Even the smallest request is usually taken care of the same day or by the next day. It really does feel like maintenance-free, carefree living. The amenities are great too. The gym is always clean, everything works, and it has just the right amount of equipment without trying to cram too much into the space. The clubhouse is a great place to hang out and has a really nice selection of coffees, and the pool is always clean and well maintained. I also really like that the building isn’t enormous or overly busy. My apartment is the perfect size for me, I love having a balcony, and the neighbors have been really nice. Most importantly, there’s a real sense that the people who work here care about the property and the people living in it. Several of the staff have been here for a long time, which I think says a lot. They consistently go above and beyond to make living here pleasant and convenient. I really couldn’t be happier. Great location, great people, and a genuinely great place to live.
