I had a wonderful experience living 2 years at 400 Rhett. The community is beautiful, safe, and very well maintained. A special thank you to Ashley, who does an exceptional job managing the property. She is always responsive, organized, professional, and genuinely cares about residents. From day-to-day support to community events and follow-up, she consistently goes above and beyond to make living here a great experience. Her positive attitude and dedication truly make 400 Rhett an enjoyable place to call home. Highly recommended!

I do not live at 400 Rhett but they hosted an event and was thoroughly impressed. The community itself is absolutely beautiful- the apartments are very nice, the location is unbeatable within walking distance to everything, and parking is a breeze. But Ashley completely makes this place! She went above and beyond, making sure fresh popcorn was popped and drinks were available for everyone. What stood out most was how she knew every single resident by name. Ashley is incredibly personable, attentive, and authentic- you can immediately tell she truly loves what she does and genuinely cares about her people. That kind of warmth and dedication is rare. I highly recommend checking out 400 Rhett!!

The floor plans are a little expensive but the layouts are spacious and gorgeous. Grace did a great job explaining the amenities and location that make it worth it. She also stayed in contact with me about different options they have available once my lease is up.
