  Moving over 2,000 miles to a new state can be stressful, but our experience with Coventry Green has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, Dana made the entire leasing process smooth and enjoyable. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the past month, making us feel confident every step of the way. When we arrived, Valerie, the Community Director, gave us such a warm and genuine welcome that we immediately felt at home. It's clear she takes great pride in creating a welcoming community, and that first impression meant so much to us after such a long move. Russ, the Maintenance Manager, was equally impressive. He took the time to answer all of our questions about the apartment with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude. Knowing we have someone so knowledgeable and approachable looking after the community gives us tremendous peace of mind. The outstanding customer service from Dana, Valerie, and Russ reflects incredibly well on Coventry Green. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to residents made what could have been a stressful cross-country move into a great experience. We already feel at home, and we're grateful to have found such an amazing community. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

  They will tow your vehicle without notice. The staff in the office is basically a revolving door of members who are not residents and who do not actually respect residents. They will give no notice or less than 24 hours notice when coming into your apartment, violating your lease as well as your privacy. The pool and clubhouse are constantly closed. The complex itself is constantly covered in litter. The dumpster is full to overflowing on a regular basis. Be ready for cops to come through on the regular for violent neighbors. The staff will also do nothing about your safety if other tenants or their guests threaten you (even though in the lease that is a violation) Upon moving out be prepared for them to keep your deposit as well as ask for your full rent for another month or more. Every time someone moves out they replace all the carpets, all the blinds, the AC the water heater etc etc. They have done this for every person we saw move out. Be prepared for Tow trucks and similar vehicles to be rolling through between 1 and 4am on a regular basis. Don't trust these reviews. They illegally towed my vehicles and I was never reimbursed. They were nothing but problems. The apartment complex is filthy and full of bad tenants as well as staff who don't care about or respect you. Not worth it. If it wasn't my last resort I would have never lived there.
