  There was a big guy there who was harassing and bothering us. He kept asking her age and was acting like a total perverted. He is brown straight dark hair.

  If I could give it no star, I would. Ever since I moved into the neighborhood it’s been complete garbage. I was quoted a one bedroom in August 2025, I called for weeks after applying in May 2025 to see the unit and was told repeatedly that it wasn’t ready and they weren’t able to show it to me yet, I thought okay maybe a couple of days before I might see the unit I’m going to be in. Called in July 31st 2025 (a day before move in) and was told that my apartment wasn’t ready, and not ready as in we’re almost finished ready as in they never started the process. When I asked how long they knew about the situation I was told 3 weeks before I moved in, NO communication, NO correspondence, NO contact at all days before I have to move in. Was told they can put me in a two bedroom for just 200$ more ( with added fees) to “compensate me”. To my surprise the rent was 400$ more than what I was told (with out the added fees) so all in all my 1400$ rent blew up to 1800$, 1900$ close to 2,000$ with added fees. I spent months in that apartment struggling to pay the rent because I had no where else to go, when brought to the property management attention she was very dismissive and cold hearted through out the whole transaction. To add my deposit was only supposed to be 500$ I was told that I had to pay 1,583 in order for me to move in (which I was told was the deposit) with that I was paying a 25$ deposit premium for 8 months! Brought to the property manager Valerie’s attention she refused to give me back what I spent or apply a credit. A note to anyone out there looking to move on your own and is your first time like me , don’t do it….its going to be a never ending game and you won’t every find your way out. Management demeanor is very un-welcoming and dark. I was taken advantage of so if you don’t want this to happen to you or your young adult children I would not recommend this place at all.

  NEW UPDATE: Trust the low star reviews, and none of the 5 stars. I'm pretty sure they're getting people who are touring to leave good reviews. Please understand, the touring is going to make this place seem nice, that's the point. But as someone who has lived here for multiple years, I'm telling you living here is a different story. Those 1 star reviews will tell you plenty about this dump. As for the update, they are now blocking the roads that lead to our apartments. So now all the parking is being messed up, and you're expected to make quite a walk back to your domicile, so hopefully you weren't shopping for plenty of groceries. Again, there was no notice, until you finally see them blocking your path, And by then you're at their mercy for how long they take, which can be at least another couple days. Just lovely. Maybe if they didn't let this place go so much in the last couple of years, they wouldn't have to do all these obtrusive fixes... Not that they care, since once your signed up, they have your money. Want to leave? Have to wait 60 days anyways and then essentially pay another 2 months rent right after. 🙄 These guys overcharge for all the crap they put you through. Save your money and go somewhere else. I can't wait to leave these pigs. OLD: How many times can the water be repeatedly shut off? Even when given a notice, it's been freaking MONTHS! HOW IS THE ISSUE NOT FIXED??? Some of us have the unfortunate reality of work hours that aren't tied to the regular day like everyone else, so imagine coming back home from a hot and sweaty night of work, and then you turn the shower on just for it to shut off a couple mins later. That's Coventry Green. For the last. Half. Year. At least. So tired of this place. It looks nice on the surface but once you get in, the cracks show more and more.

  Shana was a GODSEND! Phenomenal service and really makes you feel heard when you talk to her. Very personable as well professional, she is perfect example of what kind of person you hope to talk to when making such a big decision as choosing a place to stay. Very involved throughout the entire process, was quick to provide me with her card our first time speaking and was very communicative. I hope and pray that EVERYTIME I go through something like this I have someone like Shana guiding me through it. And I Hope & Pray she lives a very long life!! One of the best people I’ve ever interacted with in any application process ever.
