  I was a first time home buyer who had a million questions and Mike Pennington and his team were able to answer them all for me. Mike, David and Katie were so helpful through the process which occurred over the holidays under a tight time frame and they still were there day and night to answer all my questions. Not only did they make me feel comfortable during the process but they also found me the best rate. Mike is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in depth. Thank you to Mike, David and Katie I look forward to working with you throughout the coming years.   Mike Pennington is AMAZING!! My husband and I have had the opportunity & pleasure of working with him multiple times - he always goes above & beyond for us. Super grateful to know him / have someone we trust for anything mortgage related!   Would give more than 5 stars if I could. I did a refi with Michael and he has been amazing. Mortgages are one of those spaces that when you're working with someone they HAVE to know what they're talking about and they HAVE to have options for you. Everyone's situation is different and we were in an interesting one owning a business and how that tied in to underwriting. We thought we'd have to wait another 5 months but Michael found a way to get it done. Beyond impressed with him and his teams abilities and knowledge.

  Bought a new home and checked with a few lenders. Carolina Mortgage Firm had the best rates and their staff was far more knowledgeable than some of the big guys I was in contact with. Special thanks to Chad and Genesis for their constant communication and rush to get us closed on time.
