I chose Mike Pennington and Carolina Mortgage Firm because Mike not only shops the best rate for you, but he has a deep understanding of economic conditions and the political environment and how it has the potential to impact rates. He practically has it down to a science. Excellent communication throughout the process. Highly recommended!

  I was a first time home buyer who had a million questions and Mike Pennington and his team were able to answer them all for me. Mike, David and Katie were so helpful through the process which occurred over the holidays under a tight time frame and they still were there day and night to answer all my questions. Not only did they make me feel comfortable during the process but they also found me the best rate. Mike is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in depth.
