  Review for Bromley Village We are deeply grateful to Grace Salem for everything she did for us throughout the apartment application process at Bromley Village. From the very beginning, Grace was professional, efficient, and, above all, attentive to our needs. She took the time to answer our questions, explain each step, and find solutions whenever a difficulty arose. She never made us feel rushed or as though we were simply another application. Grace made the entire experience much easier and less stressful. We sincerely appreciate the way she treated us and the effort she put into guiding us through the process. Thank you, Grace, for your patience, kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. It meant a great deal to us, and we are truly grateful.

  Ethan and his maintenance team are amazing they’re always so friendly and knowledgeable. Anytime you see them they have a smile on their face and genuinely care about the property and residents here. Sebastian’s always willing to stop and have a conversation and make sure that we’re happy and doing okay couldn’t ask for a better maintenance team.

  My relative has lived at this apartment complex for several years, and one thing that has been consistent is the constant turnover in management. It seems like just as residents start getting comfortable with one manager, someone new takes over. That lack of consistency has been frustrating over the years. Recently, my family mentioned the new manager, Sarah, and we’ve heard nothing but positive things. They said she has been incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever issues come up. It’s refreshing to hear about someone who takes the time to listen and work with residents. The only hope now is that she stays. Having stable, caring management can make a huge difference, and it sounds like Sarah is exactly what this community has needed. This rating is strictly based off the experience with Sarah.
