  Mixed move in experience. Model seemed very nice when I toured, but my specific unit was still occupied and couldn’t view it. On move in, my unit had some light bulbs out, a/c not working, floor kinda dirty from the painters, and the overall quality of the thin cheap cupboards, blotchy paint touch ups, and cranky blinds seemed much lower quality than the model. It’s on me for not looking more closely. Another negative was they only provided one pool/club room fob, despite being a two bedroom place with two people living there. When I asked for another, was told I’d have to pay $75 nonrefundable since the other occupant was “only a minor and not on the lease”. The nickel and diming left a bad first impression, we’ll see how it goes from here.

  do not move this apartment this apartment have no entry, no elevator, the stairways have to go one side only, I don't recommend to move here, whoever designed the apartment suck.

  I currently live here and love the way they maintain the premises. However, I’ve noticed that they didn’t really prepare our apartment properly. We experienced some really rickety faucets that squeak pretty loudly when you turn them on (in the bathrooms) and our sink faucet is also messed up. I’ve also noticed that they painted( or put some coating or used too harsh of a chemical to clean???) over the cabinets and it makes them not look clean (at least in my unit). I learned this after scrubbing my kitchen cabinets very thoroughly, multiple times thinking that it was just a caked on substance.) I’ve included a picture of the film on the cabinets that I’m talking about. We also moved in and had several of our blinds not work, which is annoying. The gym is very nice, but some guests here think that it’s their personal home gym and let their children run around while they work out… which is cool, if you’re at home.. not in a community gym. Overall the atmosphere is enjoyable but I do think the rent is a little steep for the apartments to not be in tip top shape on the inside as well as the outside. Also, beware that the property staff is difficult to get in touch with and you usually have to just catch them in the office (from my experience). I do enjoy living here, these are just some common annoyances but that is to be expected!

  If I could give them no stars I would. This is our 3rd time trying to view an apartment and the office is always closed. We scheduled a self guided tour and there was no key in the lock box after I checked twice! Screw this place. They’re unprofessional and always closed look elsewhere.
