Everyone here has been very nice and helpful as I am not experienced with buying a house.

- DFDavid FirmentMay 24, 20241.0My family and I moved into a subdivision called Emory Park in Woodruff, SC. 1 year ago and unfortunately Ryan Homes allows their contractors to blast their music so LOUD that you can hear and literally feel it both inside and outside our home! This is allowed to happen everyday! All of the project managers know this is going on as well as management. 1 year later, this is still allowed to happen everyday. The PM's here will tell the contractors to turn it down but shortly later is sounds like a freaking music festival again, that you will be a part of, like it or not! When you can't enjoy being inside or outside your own home because Ryan Homes Doesn't Enforce their Own Rules of "No Loud Music" it shows that they don't care about the current homeowner! I've asked the many contractors directly to turn it down and have had their trash put in my yard, chicken bones, bottles,etc. They even put large nails placed behind my cars tires in my own driveway! I've had the police out here many times but they won't do anything until after dark. This could easily by resolved by Ryan Homes by just enforcing their Own Rules!
