  there communication skills!! Their dependability!!!! Their knowledge on the repairs needed on their mobile homes suck!!! The mobile homes them self suck!!!! make sure you check everything they do!!! because they do not do it correctly the first time! an the hate me because I call them out on everything!!! the time it rained in are master bathroom it was like a water fall was installed in the can light !!! When they finally sent somebody out to fix the repairs they just put a whole tube of caulk on top of the area they thought was the issue and I had to take a picture and send it to them and tell them to fix it correctly before it rained again! there been nothing but issues after issues with clayton homes in Easley! there was sooooooooo many more problems too!

  It's only been 5 years, and my home doesn't have central air, or heat anymore, that went out about a year after getting my home, and all of the outlets on the back half of my house is out. Now my hot water heater has went out, and after calling the Rheem retailer, I learned it's a refurbished water heater, and it only had a 1 year warranty. So, I had to replace it out of pocket, cuz the home owners insurance they FORCE you to get, doesn't cover anything but them. If I could give zero stars I would. This place sets you up for failure. DON NOT TRUST THESE PLACES!!!!

  I wish I could give 10 stars! The minute we walked into Clayton Homes of Easley we were met by Big Corey Moore, and I couldn’t be happier. Corey and the others made what we had thought would be impossible become a reality! He was so knowledgeable about the home we found there, and went out of his way to make sure all our questions were answered. If you are considering the purchase of a Manufactured home you NEED to go see what they have. Ask for Corey! He is the best!!

  DO NOT BUY A CLAYTON HOME!! Has been nothing but problems. Instead of putting a panel in to get to water heater they put walls up. So now I have to cut down a wall just to get to the water heater. They need to replace my wall that I have to cut out. Had to bust hole in wall just to find it.
