  I’ve been living here for some time, and I have to say this is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever experienced. The management is incredibly poor, the hallways have a persistent bad smell, and I often find the office closed when I need assistance. The gym equipment is frequently broken and takes ages to be repaired. Also, my apartment smells like smoke, and I don’t even smoke. I definitely won’t be renewing my lease. All the positive reviews on here are mostly from employees!

  Lived there for 1 year, -Ace broke every month during the summer. - Front desk is rude and never answers calls. - Rent raised by $200 - You have to leave Trash in the hallway to be picked up, some people left it there over weekends ,on days they dont pick it up. - Hallways always smelled due to ppl leaving their trash outside. - Amazon package being stolen are common. There are supposed to be put in lockers but they just left them in front for anyone to pick up. - Most of the Gym equipment was broken the whole year I was there. Cable actually snap on me almost smacking me in the face. - No internet for the 1st 3 months. They are partnered with AT&T or something, but they were on strike about a contractupdate so they wouldnt provide serviceto the apartments. Office ppl failed to tell me this before moving in.

  Three Years of a Leaking Ceiling — Completely Unacceptable The most serious issue with this property is the ongoing ceiling leak that we have been dealing with for approximately three years. This is not a minor maintenance issue or a temporary inconvenience. We have experienced recurring water intrusion over an extended period of time, yet the problem has still not been properly resolved. What is particularly frustrating is the lack of meaningful communication and follow-through from management. A ceiling that has been leaking for three years should be an urgent maintenance priority. Residents should not have to repeatedly live with the consequences of an unresolved water intrusion problem. The property is also extremely expensive considering the level of maintenance and management service provided. There are persistent unpleasant odors throughout the building, including strong odors in the hallways and elevators associated with pet accidents. The pool and other common areas also raise concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. After paying a premium to live here, I expect basic maintenance issues—particularly a recurring ceiling leak—to be addressed promptly and permanently. Instead, we have been left dealing with the same problem for years. Three years is far too long for a leaking ceiling to remain unresolved. Prospective residents should carefully research the property’s maintenance record and speak with current or former residents before signing a lease. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property. If negative stars were possible, I would use them. Even a zero-star rating feels overly generous.
