  I unfortunately just moved out of this complex. I lived here for about four years. But maintenance and management is 10/10. I’d live here again if rent wasn’t so high. But overall fantastic apartments and I’d definitely recommend living here.

  I recently moved here at the end of April. While the townhouse itself is nice, I've already run into some red flags regarding basic maintenance. When I moved in, both the washer and dishwasher were filled with stagnant, gross water. I didn't think it was a maintenance emergency per say, so I called and emailed regarding the problem couple of times. There was never any follow up or response to either email or phone call. Eventually I took it into my own hands and was able to research and resolve the issues on my own. Another issue arose with kitchen sink garbage disposal, which also isn't working. I had called about this as well, as there was food in there that I could not properly clean up. Once again, I never heard back about this issue and as a result I came home to a couple cockroaches in my sink. I am not sure if I'm going about requesting maintenance help the wrong way or not, but I am becoming a bit concerned about my time here if I cannot even get a simple acknowledgement that my calls or emails were addressed. I am keeping my fingers crossed that these are the only issues I will have here. If you tour here (or anywhere for that matter), test everything if you have the ability too. Check dishwashers, clothes washers/dryers, etc.. Make sure things actually work so you do not walk into a similar situation. EDIT: I'm upping it as my garbage disposal has been repaired. Now that I know the proper route to submit requests, I will do it via Loft moving forward. Also be mindful as there's a behavioral health clinic with the same name. Chances are likely that you'll contact the wrong property.

  I’ve been staying in Three Rivers since May 2024. So far, I am liking it compared to apartment complex that I’ve been. Additionally, I liked the fact that Three Rivers tried to address the maintenance concerns to their fullest. I am a person who likes clean and organize place and I could tell that Three Rivers was able to achieved that. The admins are approachable and easy to deal with. I liked the fact that I am not seeing lots of people loitering outside. The place is quiet and I can focus on my studies and can have a good rest from work.
