    Formerly a nice place to live. Unfortunately this is changing. As I understand thefts have increased including my own vehicle. Security cameras non-existent. Due to only one Maitenance Technician work orders have extended wait times. Communication is largely missing or slow on important matters.

    If we have a problem, Chase and Mason make sure to fix it. This is a nice community with friendly neighbors — just minutes from river walks and from Columbia.

    I unfortunately just moved out of this complex. I lived here for about four years. But maintenance and management is 10/10. I’d live here again if rent wasn’t so high. But overall fantastic apartments and I’d definitely recommend living here.
