WE rented an apt next door that had loud tenants upstairs so they moved us here as we would have no one above us and it would be quiet. Then we were told ,well it is not storage like we said it is actually used by a filming crew so it was loud and a lot of banging at night. sound of rolling equipment going across the floor for hours.. We work a lot of hours and couldn't get any rest.We tried to resolve with management kept getting told different stories. We moved it was a fiasco. Homeless slept at our downstairs door often. We would find main entrance door unlocked.You have to pay to park and the parking garage our jeep was broken into and we would find homeless in the elevator and stairwell of the garage. Parking under the first building was not an option for us after we moved next door. No parking was suitable. We had to move for our sanity and husbands anxiety. We needed sleep. I would not recommend to anyone who likes to sleep at night.
- ZMZach MarkleDec 13, 20182.0I am woken up by the gym downstairs every morning at 6 AM. The noise consists of early and late 2000’s music and a male or female screaming into a microphone. Knowing others that live in rooms located on that entire side of the building, they hear the noise in the morning as well. Please don’t be fooled by being showed a room on the other side of the building. And don’t live here if you plan on waking up later than 6 AM.
