  Enjoyed visiting this site, the site manager was helpful and contacted me back immediately! The amenities are amazing, large pool and a great gym!

  WE were lied to about the apt being empty above us.. WE rented an apt next door that had loud tenants upstairs so they moved us here as we would have no one above us and it would be quiet. Then we were told ,well it is not storage like we said it is actually used by a filming crew so it was loud and a lot of banging at night. sound of rolling equipment going across the floor for hours.. We work a lot of hours and couldn't get any rest.We tried to resolve with management kept getting told different stories. We moved it was a fiasco. Homeless slept at our downstairs door often. We would find main entrance door unlocked.You have to pay to park and the parking garage our jeep was broken into and we would find homeless in the elevator and stairwell of the garage. Parking under the first building was not an option for us after we moved next door. No parking was suitable. We had to move for our sanity and husbands anxiety. We needed sleep. I would not recommend to anyone who likes to sleep at night.

  The entire place smells like way too much perfume, covering up way too much nastiness. You could walk in for less than five minutes and carry that cloying stench with you for the next several hours until you shower. If the place catches fire, will they even smell the smoke? This is ridiculous for anyone with a breathing or sinus issue. Good luck walking in. You will sneeze for the next hour or more. I'm not sure what this high-rise cesspool is trying to cover up besides shallow lack of ability to air out their building and run it as a business and not a "sleepover with your besties." A lack of care is more than prominent here, and if this is how you run this business, I'll be glad to keep my kids away from it once they graduate. What a waste of space. Picture from the road, I didn't want to spend more time here than I had to.

  Great location, nice place, terrible management. Definitely a great place to reside in Columbia as it is right in the heart of town. Unfortunately, I find that many times the management is unavailable. There is typically no one in the office for more than a couple of hours per day, and emails and phone messages have often been overlooked. If there would be more communication and accessibility between residents and management, it would be a 5 star location.
