  Great place to live. The apartment building is in a convenient location that’s walkable to most things in/near the downtown area. Management and maintenance are amazing. The apartments and community areas are nice and very well maintained. I’ve lived in several apartments across Columbia and The Palms has been my best experience as a renter.

  Luxury apartment. Includes great amenities. Very new (literally everything is brand new and so luxurious), clean, and quiet. Great place to live and it's right in the center of Columbia.

  From touring to actually living at the palms Sarah has been amazing!! Always way sweeter and more helpful then she needs to be she has made this the best experience ever

  Without a doubt this is the best location downtown. The palms combines great layouts with excellent amenities and a staff that can't be beat. Sarah and Caylyn are the best in the business; they are always going out of there way to help tenant's with their off the wall requests and they do it with a smile and a laugh. The palms can be a bit pricey but just like everything in life, you get what you pay for.
